Wedding Planning · London, UK and Worldwide
Indian and Asian Weddings, Wherever You Celebrate
Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, Gujarati, Tamil and multicultural weddings, from the mehndi, sangeet and haldi to the ceremony, the nikah and the reception. Intimate ceremonies or a thousand guests, luxury London hotels or countryside and marquee weddings.
After 25 years leading large events and the caterers, decorators and AV teams behind them, we know what each supplier needs from a venue, and we know venue contracts, small print and hidden costs. So you see each venue's true cost, not just the hire fee.
We work for you, never the suppliers. Every package starts with a free consultation and a clear written proposal before you commit. See all our wedding services.

Pricing Questions
How Is My Final Price Worked Out?
By the number of events, guests, venues and team members needed. You'll get a fixed written quote after your consultation.
How Do Payments Work?
A 25% deposit secures your date when you book, and this is non-refundable. The balance is paid in stages that we agree with you, so you always know what's due and when.
How Far in Advance Should We Book?
As early as you can. The sooner we start, the more time we have to build your budget, secure the best suppliers before their diaries fill up and negotiate great rates on your behalf. Popular dates and venues go quickly, but whatever your timeline, get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.
Can a Planner Save Us Money?
Often, yes. A £10,000 venue can end up costing more than a £12,000 one once your caterer has to hire in kitchen equipment or your decorators need extra set-up time. We spot this before you sign. We also pass on the preferential rates we secure from trusted suppliers, and the value we bring often covers much of our fee.
What Does an Indian Wedding Cost Overall?
It depends mostly on guest numbers, the number of events and your venue. Venue hire can start from around £3,000 and catering from £20 per guest, while larger London weddings often reach £60,000 to £150,000 or more. See our full cost guide.
When Does Your Team Leave on the Day?
At the very end. We stay after the reception to make sure every supplier has delivered what was agreed and the venue is cleared and left as we found it.
Are You the Cheapest Planner?
No, and we don't try to be. We're competitively priced and include far more than most planners. If price is your only deciding factor, we may not be the right fit.
Do You Travel Outside London?
Yes, we work across the UK and overseas. Your written quote includes all costs, including travel, accommodation and any other expenses, so there are no surprises.
Shopping in India
Is It Really Cheaper to Shop in India, Once We've Paid for Travel and a Guide?
Yes. Even after your flights, accommodation and guide, couples typically save between 20% and 45% on bridal and groom's outfits, jewellery and family clothing compared with buying in the UK. Your exact saving depends on where you shop and what's on your list, and you'll have a far bigger choice of designs, fabrics and craftsmanship than you'd ever find at home.
Do We Really Need a Guide?
We strongly recommend one. Shopping in India is a feast for the senses, but it can also be chaotic and overwhelming, especially when every day counts. Before you arrive, we give your guide your full brief: the outfits you need, the styles you love, your budget and who you're shopping for. They plan exactly where to take you, so you skip the guesswork and spend your time in the right places, finding pieces you'll treasure.
Not Sure Which Package Fits?
