We've staged an Indian wedding here ourselves and built partnerships with local venues, so we know what works on the ground.

For 25 years I've been fully responsible for delivering large events, leading caterers, decorators, and stage, sound and lighting teams. That taught me what each of them needs from a venue, and what pushes their prices up.
I also know venue contracts inside out: health and safety rules, limitations, small print and hidden costs. So you see the true cost of each option before you sign, not after.

Are You the Cheapest Planner?
No, and we don't try to be. We're competitively priced, and our complete package includes far more than most planners offer. If price is your only deciding factor, we may not be the right fit. If you want it done properly, we'd love to talk.
How Far in Advance Should We Book?
As early as you can. The sooner we start, the more time we have to build your budget, secure the best suppliers before their diaries fill up and negotiate great rates on your behalf. Popular dates and venues go quickly, but whatever your timeline, get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.
Can You Plan a Wedding Abroad?
Yes, across Europe, India, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East, including our partner venues on Italy's Cilento Coast. We manage your guests' travel and accommodation, and can book your honeymoon too.
